I worked with Kaylee in both her online and in person training program! She customized my program to help do the things I wanted to work on. I really enjoyed the gym, it’s a smaller gym geared towards personal trainers and their clients so your not surrounded by a bunch of random people. I would highly recommend Kaylee especially to anyone new to working out or lifting because she’s so great at explaining every aspect of what you’ll be doing. My personal trainer Kaylee Jollota is fantastic! She helps me build meal plans and work outs around my health concerns which change as I get older.
One thing that surprised me is following her plan you will NOT feel hungry. The potatoes and rice are not only allowed but 100% beneficial in the journey to lose weight. My doctor proposed dropping carb when I started putting on weight. Like that was a viable and long term solution. It was so disappointing that he was not focused on full health but just drop 'easy' weight. When I told him how I lost 30 lbs with plenty of allowed calories and lots of carbs, he was shocked!

I'm not trying to plug something like a sales pitch. I just found that this has worked for me and she is just so kind and sensitive to my health issues too, which has been appreciated since some days I can't get out of bed for more then a few hours.
She not only helps with the immediate weight loss but she is invested in you being able to maintain it through education and life skills on your own long term.

Kaylee trained me during one of the most busiest seasons in my life. She was the reason I was able to have a crazy school schedule and workout! She makes the workouts so fast and efficient but you still feel the burn, it’s perfect. She is so proactive, replies fast, and always answered my questions to make sure I felt comfortable and was set up for success. Not many trainers I’ve worked with are proactive but Kaylee was on top of everything and that is something that really stood out to me.
