Hi there 👋 my name is Kaylee! I LOVE my job as an online coach and am so passionate about helping men and women create a happy and healthy lifestyle that allows them to feel confident in and outside of the gym!

I struggled with weight my whole life, until in 2015 I learned more about nutrition. I changed my life, lost 35 pounds, and discovered a confidence and passion I had never experienced before. Now, I’m dedicated to leading others to experience the same incredible journey

 

Over the years I have fallen in love with health and fitness and becoming the best possible version of myself. I have made mistakes and learned you do not have to keep a super restrictive diet, be totally miserable, do endless hours of cardio or miss out on all the social occasions to achieve your goals.

You CAN achieve a lean & strong physique while living a happy, healthy and FUN life. My goal as your coach is to take away all the guesswork, help you ditch the fad diets that never work, and support and guide you in creating a sustainable lifestyle with long-lasting results.

  • How do I know if this will work for me?
    Moves You Training has helped hundreds of people just like you. It’s built on personalized plans, accountability, and proven strategies to ensure you see results, no matter where you’re starting from.
  • What if I don’t see results?
    If you follow the plan, you will see results. But if you are struggling, we will help you adjust the plan to get back on track. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
  • What happens if I fall behind?
    Life happens! If you fall behind, don’t worry—we’ll help you adjust and get back on track. The whole point of working with a coach is to help you when you have difficulties, The key is staying consistent, and we’re here to support you.
  • Will I have to follow a strict diet?
    No, nutrition plans are flexible and designed to fit your preferences. You’ll get easy, low-calorie recipes that help you lose weight without feeling restricted or overly hungry and calorie & macro targets to hit each day.
  • How will I stay motivated for 6 months?
    You’ll have everything you need to keep you accountable. Weekly check-ins with your coach for accountability, as well as very clear and realistic daily "to-do's" that align with your preferences & schedule. All you need to do is make sure you stick to the plan and turn up every day to put in the work.
  • What if I’m new to fitness or haven’t worked out in a while?
    No worries! We work with all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Both your workout and nutrition plans are personalized to match your current level and comfortability.
